Entry Requirements
To enter the competition, you must make a purchase of $50 or more in a single transaction in store at BM Coffee or $100 in store at Nicks Cycles. Each qualifying transaction will earn you one entry into the competition. Multiple entries are allowed, as long as each entry meets the minimum purchase requirement.
Competition Period
The competition begins on 1 November at 12:00 AM and ends on 30 November at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible for the prize draw.
Prize
The prize for this competition is a brand new bike worth $499. The color and model of the bike are non-negotiable and can be viewed in store at Unit 5, 2-4 Tayler Rd, Valley Heights. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. BM Coffee are not responsible for the delivery of the bike.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by our team. The draw will take place within 7 days after the competition ends. The selected winner will be notified via phone within 14 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
Publicity
By participating in this competition, you agree to allow us to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and website content.
Privacy
All personal information collected during this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner. We will not share your information with any third parties.
Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in this competition or accepting the prize. By entering the competition, you release us from any liability arising from such incidents.
Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices. We also reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
